This Privacy Policy explains how Bible Explained Study, operated by Pac Soft LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), processes information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services.

Bible Explained Study is designed to help users understand Scripture by submitting Bible-related questions and receiving AI-generated explanations.

Information we do not request

Bible Explained Study does not require users to create an account. We do not ask users to provide:

• A name
• An email address
• A phone number
• A mailing address
• Contacts
• Precise location
• Financial or banking information
• Government identification

Information we process

Bible questions

The primary information processed by Bible Explained Study is the Bible-related question or Scripture reference that you choose to submit.

Your question is sent to an authorized large language model provider so that the Service can generate and return a Bible explanation. We use the submitted question only to provide the response you requested, operate the Service, prevent misuse, and maintain the quality and security of the Service.

You should not include names, contact information, passwords, confidential information, or other sensitive Personal Data in your question. We cannot control the information that a user voluntarily includes in a submitted question.

Technical processing

Like most internet-based services, our servers and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information required to deliver and secure the Service. This may include an IP address, request date and time, application version, device or operating-system type, error information, and security logs.

We do not use this technical information to determine your real-world identity. It is used only to operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Service.

How submitted questions are used

Submitted questions may be processed to:

• Generate the Bible explanation requested by the user
• Deliver the generated response to the user’s device
• Detect misuse, fraud, or attempts to compromise the Service
• Diagnose technical errors and maintain service reliability
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

AI processing

To provide Bible explanations, the question you submit is transmitted to an authorized third-party large language model provider. The provider processes the question to generate a response on our behalf.

We do not sell submitted questions or use them for advertising. Our service providers may process information only as necessary to provide, secure, and support their services, subject to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.

AI-generated responses may contain errors. They are provided for educational and devotional purposes and should be considered alongside Scripture and trusted biblical guidance.

Subscriptions and purchases

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by the application store through which the purchase was made, such as Google Play or Apple.

We do not receive or store your payment-card number or banking credentials. The application store and our subscription-management provider may process limited transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchase history, expiration dates, and entitlement information to verify access to paid features.

Information processed by an application store is governed by that store’s privacy policy and account settings.

Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or share submitted Bible questions for advertising or independent marketing purposes.

Information may be processed by:

• An authorized large language model provider that generates Bible explanations
• Cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers that operate and secure the Service
• Subscription-management and application-store providers that process purchases and verify subscription access
• Government authorities when disclosure is legally required

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the applicable service.

Data retention

Submitted questions are processed only for as long as reasonably necessary to generate and deliver the requested response, operate the Service, address technical or security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

Limited server, security, and error logs may be retained temporarily for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service security. Information is deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes.

Application stores and other third-party providers may retain subscription or transaction information according to their own legal obligations and retention policies.

Your choices and data requests

Because we do not require an Account, we may not be able to associate a submitted question with a particular individual unless sufficient information is provided to locate the relevant record.

You may contact us to ask a privacy question or request access to or deletion of information that may be associated with you. We may request limited information needed to verify and locate the relevant data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted questions and other information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect Personal Data from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has submitted Personal Data through the Service, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
